Click & Collect at Campbelltown Library

Some feedback from Barbara Albrecht


The Click and Collect system is happening at the Campbelltown Library.
I have a long list of Holds, and will collect some which have arrived next Tuesday.
Borrowers receive an sms advising that they have items to collect. The  borrower rings the library, and arranges a day and time to collect the books. All books are sanitised for 3 days prior to collection. Borrowers take library card and ID to the library when collecting books.
